With a dual qualification at the Bars of Paris and Malta and a prior career as a maritime pilot, I provide clients with an informed, pragmatic, and solution-driven approach to all maritime and corporate matters. I remain fully available to offer comprehensive advice on vessel registration—whether under the Maltese flag or any other jurisdiction—and to assist with the formation of companies tailored to maritime activities. Through MMPS Ltd., I also provide a streamlined and fully compliant service for crew employment and payroll management, ensuring that operational and regulatory requirements are met with efficiency and accuracy.

All matters connected to Malta, including registration, corporate work, and litigation, are handled in close coordination with Mifsud & Mifsud Advocates, where I am a Partner and Head of the Shipping Department. This guarantees direct access to local authorities, in-depth knowledge of Maltese law, and rapid processing of all formalities.

As a Deputy Registrar for Palau and SKAN and a Qualified Intermediary for the Marshall Islands, I am authorised to process registrations efficiently and with priority handling. I also manage yacht registrations under the Cook Islands flag on a regular basis and maintain strong working relationships and reliable contacts in additional jurisdictions, including the Cayman Islands, St. Vincent & the Grenadines (SVG), the British Virgin Islands (BVI), and San Marino.
