The Sunreef 60 Eco, built in 2024 by Sunreef Yachts and delivered in May 2024 to the Mediterranean, is a Cayman Islands-flagged sailing catamaran, with EU VAT not paid, constructed to MCA Small Craft Code (MGN 280M) Category 2 standards. It features a Sunburnt Gold superstructure paired with turquoise/blue hulls and is privately owned with delivery hours only from the Sunreef Gdansk shipyard.
With a fibre-reinforced plastic construction, vinylester osmosis protection, and hydraulic steering system, this vessel offers exceptional durability. The moulded glass/vinylester rudders, aluminium rudder stocks, and carbon Y spoke steering wheel highlight its attention to detail. Additionally, the yacht was antifouled at the factory.
Designed with sustainability in mind, this Sunreef 60 Eco is an ideal vessel to showcase your green credentials, with ample space on deck and superstructure for solar panels. Sunreef has gone beyond the competition by developing custom solar panels for this model, covering not only the bimini and flybridge but also wrapping around the mast and hull sides. These solar panels charge lithium batteries that can power the boat throughout the night, supporting essential “hotel services” like air conditioning, lighting, TV, and refrigeration, without the need to switch on the generator.
Sunreef’s new build prices have increased significantly since this unit was ordered 2–3 years ago, and the current wait time for a new build is at least 18 months. For those interested, viewings can be arranged in the South of France, easily accessible via Nice or Marseilles airports.
