Advanced Freediving, invites you to explore different techniques for equalization (to balance the pressure in your ears) and descent. You will start by revisiting free immersion, where you will descend using only the strength of your arms and a rope—an ideal method to facilitate equalization, manage oxygen consumption, and build your confidence.
Next, you will discover constant weight, where both descent and ascent are done using fins, as well as variable weight, which allows you to descend with a weight and ascend using fins. Each technique is designed for smooth progression, with the possibility of reaching depths of up to 30 meters, depending on your comfort and ease. And remember: pleasure is always the key to progressing in freediving.
