We have taken comprehensive measures to ensure that all technical aspects related to the yachts in our fleet are expertly managed by our trusted sister company, INTERNATIONAL YACHT SOLUTIONS. This partnership guarantees that all necessary maintenance, repairs, and upgrades are performed to the highest standard.
Maintenance, Repairs, Upgrades
We understand the importance of having a skilled crew to handle the day-to-day maintenance and equipment services required on your yacht. However, modern yacht systems often require specialist technicians to resolve complex issues.
Through our extensive network of dedicated agents, we have connections with top engineers, technicians, and other craftsmen. We coordinate their services, saving you the hassle of planning the projects and negotiating costs with multiple contractors.
Furthermore, our in-house technicians are on call to assist your crew with any issues that may arise at anytime.
During the yearly maintenance downtime, the crew typically takes their annual leave, and someone needs to oversee the work: Our Project Management team can manage the successful completion of your projects and maintenance schedules.

Equipment purchase
We understand the importance of having reliable and high-quality equipment on board your yacht.
Whether you need charter equipment or spare parts, we can source, order, and ship spare parts and equipment to wherever your yacht is located.
We take pride in our efficient handling processes and have a dedicated warehouse in Saint Martin where all equipment ordered is consolidated. You can either collect your order from our warehouse or choose to have it shipped directly to your yacht’s location.
Regardless of your choice, you can be assured that your order will arrive promptly.
Purchasing Management Fee
Again, as part of our commitment to providing cost-effective solutions, we give owners access to our exclusive discounted wholesale prices which supersede our small handling fee of 12.5% of the total purchase and shipping price of each purchase (minimum fee is €80).
Yacht Delivery & shipping
You can rest assured that your yacht is in good hands.
Our experienced and dedicated team will make sure that your prized possession is delivered or shipped safely and efficiently, so you can focus on enjoying your yacht once it arrives at its destination.
Our pricing is clear and competitive:
* Captain: €350/day
* Qualified Crew: €200/day
(Preferential rates apply for yachts under Central Agent agreement)
These daily rates apply to:
* Travel and preparation days
* Handover upon arrival
* Any necessary technical stopovers
Please note, the following costs are not included in the daily fees:
* Provisioning (€25 per crew member/day)
* Fuel, airfare, customs clearance, marina fees, and other transit-related expenses
* External technical repairs (if beyond crew capacity)
* Satellite communication (equipment onboard; usage billed separately)
Professional weather routing is included, provided by one of our veteran Caribbean-based skippers.
